A client, who had previously been convicted of a felony and had multiple subsequent misdemeanor convictions, retained Mr. Berg to defend the client from a pending felony DUI charge. Despite repeated attempts by the prosecution to have Mr. Berg’s client serve jail time of at least 12 months in prison, Mr. Berg successfully negotiated a probation sentence allowing his client to keep his job and his home-life intact. |
Mr. Berg zealously fights for his clients going through Bankruptcy and is very successful in helping them keep their homes and cars. Greg has a strong knowledge of Bankruptcy Law and stays current with changes in the law.
Gregory's success in both Civil and Bankruptcy litigation is not surprising given his mathematical and analytical background. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Michigan State University as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Intellectual Property and Technology Law along with his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Greg's clients appreciate his direct and frank discussions with them about their situations and what can be done to address them.
